As the colder months arrive, many people look for simple ways to support their immune system and overall wellbeing.
The Mycobio Winter Immunity Bundle brings together two respected medicinal mushrooms — Turkey Tail and Chaga — along with a complimentary pack of black garlic. These ingredients have long traditions of use in both food and wellness practices and offer a complementary approach to winter support.
Our Turkey Tail and Chaga extracts are sourced from wild-harvested mushrooms growing in the forests of Siberia, a region known for its pristine environments and long history of medicinal mushroom use. The black garlic is produced on our farm, slowly aged to develop its distinctive flavour and beneficial compounds.
Turkey Tail
(Trametes versicolor)
Turkey Tail is one of the most extensively studied medicinal mushrooms. It contains naturally occurring β-glucans, complex polysaccharides known to interact with immune cells and support immune system signalling. Research has explored its role in supporting balanced immune responses and overall immune function.

Chaga
(Inonotus obliquus)
Chaga grows on birch trees in cold northern forests and has been used for centuries in traditional wellness practices. It contains a rich array of polyphenols, antioxidants, and β-glucans, compounds associated with supporting immune function and helping the body respond to environmental stress.

Black Garlic
Black garlic is produced by slowly ageing fresh garlic under controlled conditions. This natural fermentation process transforms the garlic, increasing beneficial compounds such as S-allyl cysteine.
Garlic has long been used as a traditional remedy during winter illness, and many people choose to take it at the first signs of a cold or flu or throughout the winter season.
