Lunch can be provided with the tour at $50 per person.
This includes dishes made from the sustainable products that we grow and make, including:
- Tasting platter: Oyster Mushroom Pickle & Kimchi, Fermented Yacon and Quince (in season). Served with a selection of local atrisan cheese and bread.
- Main dish: Oyster mushroom Risotto, with Black Garlic.
All foods are plant-based, Gluten and dairy-free.
