Ganoderma lucidum
Reishi is a medicinal mushroom with a long history in traditional Eastern medicine. It has been shown to interact with something called the GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid) pathway. Known as “the brakes of the brain”, GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter which lowers neural activity to promote calmness and focus. 
It helps to modulate the body’s response to stress via the adrenal glands, balancing levels of cortisol and adrenaline, which are raised when we're stressed.  Adaptogens like Reishi can help us to overcome it quicker.

Hericium erinaceus 
An incredible mushroom with potential benefits for cognitive function, nerve health, and mental well-being, including improved focus, memory, and improving mood.
Some studies suggest that Lion's Mane can enhance focus and concentration, making it easier to get into a state of mental flow. 
It may also help reduce the symptoms of brain fog, such as mental fatigue and difficulty concentrating.
It may also stimulate the production of NGF, which is essential for brain cell growth and the formation of new neural pathways.
