Shipping and Delivery

• Our delivery partners are NZ Couriers in the North Island and Post Haste in the South.
• All items are tracked, with tracking codes automatically emailed when the item is handed over for delivery.
• For your convenience, we do not require a signature when it is delivered.
• North Island uses their overnight service. South Island is the second day service.
• Please allow a few extra days for rural delivery.
• We ship to the Chatham’s and Great Barrier Island.
• Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and are quoted directly from NZ Couriers shipping system. We do not add a markup.
