Ingredients
- 400 g mixture of grey and pink oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 75 ml white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic
- black pepper
- 200 ml non-dairy cream (almond or oat creams work well)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh herbs finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the mushrooms and garlic and sauté in 2 tbsp. of olive oil on medium heat.
- Add the white wine, salt and pepper. Allow reducing for a couple of minutes.
- Add the non-dairy cream and smoked paprika. Allow reducing on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with rice or potatoes, sprinkle with herbs if you wish.
