Overview

Lion’s Mane Powdered Extract 60g – 100% Pure

Hericium erinaceus

We use real Lion’s Mane (not NZ Lion’s Mane).

Lion’s Mane extracts are known for their powerful hericenones and erinacines. Lion’s mane mushrooms are known for their potential to support brain health, including promoting nerve growth, enhancing memory, and potentially aiding in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

  • We recommend putting this in a drink. Tea, Coffee, or fruit juice. If you like you can just place some under your tongue.
  • Start off with one dropper per day. Each week, add an extra serve, and progress to 3 or 4 per day depending on how it makes you feel.

Supplement facts

Contents per serve
Lions mane @ 12:1 ratio 1000mg

This is a powerful 12:1 extract using fruit bodies only. It is in powdered form, but should not be confused with mushroom powder. Mushroom powder is just dried mushrooms (which is a weak 1:1 ratio), with little therapeutic value because many of these properties are locked within the fibre, largely undigestible.

This Lion’s mane extracts are made using both water then a separate alcohol to extract the properties from the fibre, the liquid is freeze-dried to make this powder.

Lion’s Mane Dosage

Determining the optimal dosage of Lion’s Mane is based on the outcomes you are looking for. Start with one 1000mg serving per day. Each week add an extra serve, and progress to 3 or 4 per day depending on your needs.

  • General health: 500mg-1000mg per day
  • Cognitive enhancement: 1000mg-2000mg per day
  • Nerve Health: 2000-3000mg per day
