Our process starts in the laboratory and a positively pressurised clean-room, where we maintain a culture library of many different mushroom varieties. From here we make either liquid cultures or culture on organic rye. From this, we innoculate grow bags of wood sawdust and Soy. These take about 10 days from inoculation then harvest.
