Ohau Gourmet Mushrooms (OGM!) is a permaculture farm using regenerative and sustainable farming practices located just south of Levin in New Zealand (Aotearoa).
We grow Oyster & Shiitake mushrooms that we sell at local farmers' markets and make specialty gourmet foods that are ethical, sustainable and uses natural processes to make.
We are committed in the pursuit of growing and making superfoods, from mushrooms to the garlic and yacon. Combined with a traditional and natural fermentation process we have developed new foods that are not just exciting but has incredible health potential for anyone who eats them.
