Ohau Gourmet Mushrooms is a permaculture farm using regenerative and sustainable farming practices, located just south of Levin, NZ. We grow Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms that we sell at local farmer’s markets. If you can’t visit us at a market you can buy online. You can buy fresh mushrooms, or if you want to grow your own mushrooms, we sell mini-farms (mushroom grow kit) that we ship countrywide.
